Sample size program (This
program calculates sample size for an AB/BA cross-over)
The use of Mathcad is not
covered in the book. However, I find it very useful for many theoretical
investigations. The program below can be used to determine sample size for any
arbitrary cross-over design. It is especially useful for incomplete block
designs and gives the option of recovering inter-block information.
